3. Important Pre‑Condition for After‑sales Support
Full unboxing video is mandatory for any damage‑related claim.
You must record continuous footage that clearly shows the sealed package with full shipping label, the whole opening process, and every side of items without interruption. Photos alone will NOT be accepted for damage disputes.
4. Product‑specific shipping disclaimer for our squishy toys
- Tiny dark spots and small air‑bubbles are unavoidable characteristics of handmade squishy items, these minor imperfections will not qualify for returns, refunds or replacements.
- Our ultra‑soft water‑type squishies are extremely flexible. Minor deformities or slight flaws formed during long‑distance transportation are normal and excluded from after‑sales service.
We only solve problems of severe tearing, large‑piece breakage confirmed in valid unboxing video.
5. Delivery Risk
Once parcels are handed over to international carriers, shipping‑loss risk belongs to customers unless you provide qualified full‑process unboxing video to prove factory‑origin damage.
