1. Return Eligibility Period

2. Strict After‑sales Rules for Squishy Products (Core rule)

• Only items with serious ripping, large‑scale breakage are qualified for return consideration.
• Small air‑bubbles, tiny dark dots, slight indentations and transport‑caused minor flaws on water‑soft squishies are production‑related or shipping‑related inevitable conditions and are non‑refundable, non‑returnable and non‑replaceable. We do not accept complaints about these minor imperfections.
• Complete uncut unboxing video is the ONLY valid proof for damage claims. The video needs to display sealed package, shipping label and all sides of products. Without this footage, we will decline your refund or exchange request directly.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

• If we confirm our factory‑made severe defects after reviewing your valid unboxing video: We will arrange replacement, we cover one‑way reshipping cost; customer pays return‑delivery fee to send items back to our overseas warehouse.
• If you return items just because you dislike the product or change your mind: You take full responsibility for return‑shipping charges, original outbound freight will NOT be refunded.
• Shipping fees from our initial delivery are non‑refundable in most scenarios.

4. Refund Process

1. Contact our support email to apply for return and provide your order number and qualified unboxing video.
2. After we receive and inspect returned goods, we will approve refunds to your original payment method within 5‑10 business days. Your bank may need extra days to process the transaction.
3. Final‑sale items and heavily used squishy toys after unpacking can’t be returned for any reason.

5. No‑refund Circumstances

• Claims without valid full‑process unboxing video
• Minor air‑bubbles, small dark spots and slight squeezing marks on squishy toys
• Damage caused by improper squeezing, wrong usage after opening the package
• Delayed return application beyond 30‑day window
