By accessing our Shopify website and placing an order, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Agreement

All products sold on our store are handmade squishy toys. By purchasing our items, you fully acknowledge our shipping rules, return‑refund policy and product‑feature disclaimers listed on our policy pages. All policies come into effect once you complete checkout.

2. Product Description Disclaimer

  • Tiny dark dots and air‑bubbles are normal handmade features of squishy toys; water‑soft squishies may have slight deformations during international transit, these are not manufacturing defects and excluded from after‑sales service.
  • Pictures on our product pages are taken under studio lighting; slight color difference between real‑received items and screen display is reasonable and will not be treated as a valid reason for return.

3. Order & Payment Terms

  • Prices are displayed in USD currency. We reserve the right to adjust product prices without prior notice for future orders.
  • Once you finish payment, order cancellation is only allowed before we arrange shipment. After items dispatch, you need to follow our return policy to apply for refunds.
  • We rely completely on Shopify Payments for secure checkout; we are not responsible for payment‑failure issues caused by your issuing bank.

4. After‑sales Obligations

You agree to provide complete original unboxing video if you apply for damage‑related after‑sales service. Without the full‑process recording, we hold the right to reject your refund or exchange applications. We only take responsibility for confirmed severe factory‑produced defects that can be proved by valid footage.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall our store compensate you for indirect losses including emotional damage, time‑cost loss or business loss arising from your order. Our maximum compensation amount will never exceed the original order payment amount.

6. Governing Law

For US, Indonesian and Japanese buyers, local consumer‑protection laws apply alongside our store‑stated rules. If any clause of this policy becomes invalid, the rest terms will still remain enforceable.

7. Amendment of Terms

We can update these policies occasionally; updated versions will be published on our policy page, and newly‑placed orders will follow the latest terms automatically.
